NSGZ全自动刮刀三足式离心机是一种自动刮刀下部卸料间歇式操作的过滤式三足式离心机。该机由变频器控制，分离因素可调，采用中速进料、高速分离、低速卸料。机器起动至加料速度后，物料由上部加料管进入转鼓，进行分离作业，根据物料工艺，清洗脱液后，降速卸料，固相物由下部卸料。卸料采用窄刮刀，低速封闭式卸料，晶粒破碎较少，进料和洗涤由管道和阀门控制。机器的运转过程由可编程控制PLC控制，进料、初滤、精滤、刮料全自动运行。刮刀系统可有液压、气动或电动驱动装置。控制柜可在现场或过程操控。
